Soirée de Sabrage

Join us for an evening of Sabrage - the art of opening a champagne bottle with a sword!

Richard Beck, Assistant General Manager, expert Sabreur at Smith & Wollensky, and a proud member of the Confrérie du Sabre d’Or, will guide you through the experience, where you will actually open a bottle of Champagne Lanson with a sword.

The event is £75 per person, and includes the champagne, usually a minimum of a bottle per person, because everyone gets at least one go at sabrage, but usually more, as there may be an opportunity to have a second go.

After the hands-on experience, there will be a selection of canapés, perfectly paired with Champagne Lanson.

The event starts at 6pm.
