Confidence isn’t just something you feel—it’s something people can see the moment you walk into a space.

In this workshop, we focus on building confidence from the inside out, starting with something simple but powerful: the way you walk, carry yourself, and express your energy.

The way you move through the world can influence how others see you—and more importantly, how safe, grounded, and confident you feel in yourself.

This is a beginner-friendly, supportive session designed to help you reconnect with your natural presence and strength.

• How to walk with calm, grounded confidence
• How posture and body language shape first impressions
• How to express presence, boundaries, and self-assurance
• How small physical changes can shift your internal confidence

We’ll also gently touch on awareness and presence in public spaces—helping you feel more in control and at ease in everyday life.

🌿 What we’ll do together

This is not just a talk—it’s an interactive, experience-based session.

We’ll explore:
• Self-connection reflection
A simple guided moment to ask yourself:
“What is something I truly love about myself?”
(No pressure to share—just for you.)
• Body language awareness game
A light and fun activity where we guess emotions from posture and movement—helping you understand how confidence is communicated without words.
• Optional sharing circle
A relaxed space where participants can share thoughts or experiences around confidence—listening is just as valuable as speaking.
• Optional appreciation moment
If the group feels comfortable, we may include a short moment where participants offer a genuine, strength-based compliment to someone else.

Please wear shoes you normally wear in your daily life (trainers, flats, etc.).
This session is about real-life confidence, not performance—so no need for heels unless that’s your everyday style.
