Join us for a relaxed and energising outdoor HIIT session followed by a picnic and open conversation 🌿

This is a women-only session designed to bring together movement, connection, and a safe, supportive space.

We’ll start with a light but effective HIIT workout — suitable for all levels — focusing on building strength, energy, and confidence in your body.

After the session, we’ll slow down and gather on the grass for a picnic, where we’ll connect, share, and talk about topics such as:

✨ building supportive friendships
✨ reconnecting with yourself

This is not about pushing limits — it’s about feeling good, moving your body, and being part of a positive space 💛
