ForeMothers Feminine Lineage Circle

Sisters, come explore together the depths of our feminine lineage.

In this circle, we'll explore the subconscious patterns that are playing out in our mother-daughter relationships.

We'll place them in the context of our feminine lineage - of the lives of our grandmothers, great grandmothers, great great grandmothers.

We will feel into the lineage as far back as we can, perhaps into the mystery of the beginning of time, the origin of the lineage where we are all one.

Through movement, creative writing and drawing we'll enter into the depths of our ancestry and emerge deeply rooted, firmly connected and full of joy to follow our individual path honouring our lineage, the magic collective strength of our foremothers.

Most of us love our mothers dearly and our relationship with them remains a struggle. The mother daughter bond is a complexly rich and difficult one and as we become more conscious, it remains the one that can easily trip us up!

As daughters in a new age of female liberation, we carry the hopes and dreams of so many of our feminine ancestors.

Our mothers have often (subconsciously) invested or transferred their quest to us.

And we may strive all our lives to please them, to rebel against them, to prove them right, to prove them wrong, to be close, to be far, any strategy to receive their love and approval - or to deny that we even need it!

We come together in a circle where each woman is equal in her own uniquely enchanting way.

The circle offers a space where we can reconnect to the empowered feminine. Where we support and celebrate each other’s unique beauty and gifts. Hold the space for each other to delve deep into our inner mystery.

We show up truly and authentically and so empower our sisters to do the same.

My role is to lead the circle, prepare and hold the space, while each of you contributes through your presence and willingness to share.

About me

I'm a certified dance therapist and life coach based in Auroville, South India.

After leaving my strategy consulting career at Deloitte London, I certified as a life coach with the Coaches Training Institute in London. I'm also a Unesco-recognised Creative Movement Therapist.

My spiritual journey accelerated in 2011 when I started writing my novella 'Love Turns' about the lives of my grandmothers.

I facilitate women's gatherings, workshops, retreats and private sessions across the world, blending my corporate background with my love for yoga, meditation, dance and art.
