✍️ - WordPress Security 101: Mind the Hack
"My website? Who'd want to hack that?" - If you've ever had this thought, you're not alone - but you might be surprised. Welcome to "WordPress Security 101: Mind the Hack", where we'll challenge one of the most common misconceptions of website owners: that small or new websites are safe from cyber threats. The truth is that when it comes to WordPress hacking, everyone’s a target.
In this session, we'll pull back the curtain on the dark world of WordPress hacking. You'll discover why your site - yes, yours - is a tempting target for cybercriminals, regardless of its size or content.
Join us as we uncover:
- The sneaky tactics behind brute force attacks
- The silent threat of SQL injection
- The cunning nature of cross-site scripting (XSS)
- And more digital dangers lurking in the shadows
But fear not! This isn't just a parade of digital horrors. Our main focus is arming you with a toolkit of practical, easy-to-implement security measures. Whether you're a code-savvy developer or a WordPress newcomer, you'll walk away with actionable steps to fortify your site immediately.

/* Session Two */
