Join us for another evening at #WPLDN, and this month we're leaving the slides at home! We'll start with a relaxed conversation with Kinsta's Marcel Bootsman about the WordPress ecosystem, life inside a hosting company, and what it takes for businesses and communities to back each other. Then it's your turn with Lean Coffee, where the room sets the agenda and the best conversations win.

Marcel has seen WordPress from almost every angle: agency owner, WordCamp organiser, long-time community contributor, and now part of the team at Kinsta. In this relaxed conversation with Dan, he'll talk about how that path shaped his view of the WordPress ecosystem, what things look like from inside a hosting company, and what it takes for businesses and communities to back each other. There are no slides, and nothing is asked of the audience, just an open chat between two people who have spent years walking the talk.

Lean Coffee is a conversation with no fixed agenda. Everyone writes the WordPress topics they'd like to discuss on sticky notes, the room votes, and we work through the most popular ones in short timed rounds, voting to carry on or move to the next topic. You can take part as much or as little as you like. Writing a sticky note or casting a vote counts, and nobody will be put on the spot.
