Step into the enchanting embrace of nature with the Balcombe Hike, a scenic adventure that unveils the village's hidden treasures and the nearby lakes. This picturesque trail, nestled in the heart of West Sussex, offers a delightful fusion of rustic charm and natural beauty. We will begin our expedition at the charming Balcombe Railway Station, where the air is filled with the promise of adventure. The trail meanders through ancient woodlands, where sunlight filters through the canopy, casting a gentle glow on the forest floor. As we descend, the trail leads us to Balcombe Viaduct, an architectural marvel that spans the valley, offering a glimpse into the village's rich history. Here, we can pause and marvel at the ingenuity of human design, juxtaposed against the timeless beauty of nature. Finally, before heading to the pub we will explore the Ardingly reservoir and its hidden gems.

**Hike Details**
Hike starts at 9:50 at Balcombe train station.
Hike ends before 5:00pm in Balcombe, Pub food and drinks

**Travel:**
Buy a return to Balcombe on the day of the event.
Take the 9:05 am from London Bridge, arriving at 10:46am at Balcombe train station.
I’ll be meeting you all at Balcombe 9:46
Ticket price with network railcard or group save is around 8£, with the TrainPal app.
