She has spent 10 years working with growth companies across a number of funds including Panoramic Growth Equity, the Business Growth Fund and BoS Growth Equity. She is Chartered Accountant by background and trained with PwC in London. Jane is also a business mentor for the Prince’s Trust.

He launched and operated offices in Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul, Warsaw, Johannesburg and San Francisco. Prior to joining SOFTBANK, Matt was a strategic consultant to a number of venture-backed startups focusing on capital formation, business development, and alliances. Until February 1998, Matt was General Manager of Sony Online Ventures, and Senior Vice President of Sony New Technologies, the strategic development arm at Sony Corp. of America

Nigel Walker, Access to Finance at Technology Strategy Board

Nigel has a background in the financial services industry, having spent over 10 years at each of Deutsche Bank and GE Capital in roles covering export and project finance, M&A and privatisation advice and raising finance for growth companies internationally. At GE, he established the European ‘Access GE’ programme, advising, coaching and mentoring management teams of businesses owned by VC and private equity firms on operational excellence, acquisition integration, strategy development and leadership.
