BIO: Lukas is the co-founder and technology lead at STOKR. He brings a unique combination of understanding in both finance and blockchain. He is an expert Solidity developer and has an audited number of smart contracts on Ethereum network. Currently based in Berlin, he has been an active member of the Ethereum developer community for a number of years.

Dermot is the VP of Ops & Strategy at the Reserve. The Reserve has a portfolio of projects building out integral components of the Web3 stack. The Reserve invests small cheques into the world's best DLT projects and works closely with their management teams to build out their ecosystems. Day-to-day, Dermot manages the company’s relations with the projects it supports as well as the company’s broader network of investors. He has particular expertise in the structuring of token issuances and spends a lot of time thinking about appropriate governance mechanisms for decentralised systems.
