Speaker 1: Dr. Jonathan Starck - CTO at Synthesia Technologies

Bio: Jonathan Starck is CTO at Synthesia, a London-based startup bringing new technologies for photo-real digital synthesis of humans to content creators world-wide. He has a PhD in multiple-view geometry and has published over 40 papers in image and video analysis.

Previously he headed Research at The Foundry, a global developer of visual effects software for the film and entertainment industries, where he lead the creation of industry standard tools for video manipulation, stereoscopic correction and live-action virtual reality for high-end film post-production.

Speaker 2: Dr. Puneet Dokania - PostDoc, University of Oxford

Bio: Puneet is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Torr Vision Group (University of Oxford) since 1st Aug 2016. He is also associated with the Cambridge based startup FiveAI where they are working on driverless cars.

Prior to this, he was part of the CVN group of INRIA and CentraleSupélec where he worked towards his PhD under Prof. M. Pawan Kumar and Prof. Nikos Paragios from October 2012 to March 2016.
