One Page Business Plan Session

Now, having a business plan does not guarantee success, but the process of defining it can really help you run your business in the
right way.
It can guide your decision-making like nothing else in business.
That’s why, at the GO TO BRAND Business Academy, we believe this is so fundamental that we want as many businesses to benefit from having a plan.

We are looking for no more than 15 businesses to come and develop their own One-Page Business Plan in a workshop previously completed successfully for hundreds of businesses.
On a first-come, first-served basis, we invite you to join us at 10 am on 8th January at ASCEND Co-working in the Pentagon Centre in Chatham, a state-of-the-art workspace, to spend 3.5 hours creating your own One-Page Business plan.
You’ll walk away with:

1. A vision defined so you’ll want to get out of bed every day.
2. One number to contextualise every decision you make about your business.
3. A communication strategy for the next year, so you can tell your story in an engaging way.
4. A Sales plan for 2026, so you sell only the most profitable parts of your business.
5. A financial plan so you can plan around your cash flow.
   Will stick all this on one page, so you can make 2026 a success.
   All we ask in return is a donation of £57, which will help fund a school building project in Uganda.
