Discovering Go @Shazam - David Thompson

A 30min talk about how we got into using Go. How we use it today, how we got here and where we're heading. David is a Software Engineer that worked majorly with JVM languages, but recently started using Golang at Shazam. In the past he worked as a technical consultant for Manifesto Digital and also built customised CMS systems to manage most of the editorial content at the BBC. He loves anything architecture related and is a Clean Code advocate.
