Building applications in Go is relatively easy, but doing this manually can be laborious. In this talk, I will talk about Goreleaser and how it helps on Go release automation, from building to distributing.

Geek out with Mat Ryer on Go's best feature: defer. Mat tells you everything you always wanted to know about defer. From what it is, how it's useful, common gotchas, down to how it really works under the hood.

We'll have our usual breaks, raffles and the conundrum too, so make sure to install zoom ahead of time! We'll upload all the talks afterwards to our YouTube channel https://youtube.com/londongophers as usual.
