🗣⚡ José - From String to Bytes

I‘ve noticed in my workplace that even some engineers seasoned with Go don’t have a strong mental model around UTF-8, Unicode, and how they fit into Go. Thus, I think it‘d be valuable to make the connection between string, bytes, and runes, UTF-8, and Unidoce, and how they all tie together.
