Christos Erotocritou - Apache Ignite
Apache Ignite is a high-performance, integrated and distributed in-memory platform for computing and transacting on large-scale data sets in real-time, orders of magnitude faster than possible with traditional disk-based or flash technologies.
Almost exactly a year ago, Christos presented an intro to Apache Ignite to the Docklands LJC and is back this year for a recap on what has happened during this time and what is planned for the year ahead as part of the product roadmap. During this session you’ll learn about the Apache Ignite project and how it is used to solve some of the most demanding scalability and performance challenges specifically within the finacial services vertical. This is a great opportunity to meet one of the leading GridGain architects and thought leader within the IMC space and ask your questions.
