A mindful cardio dance practice which tones the BODY, detoxes the EMOTIONS, Stimulates the MIND and approaches fitness and well being with kindness and fun
• What to bring
water if you get thirsty when you move, we do class barefoot to strengthen the feet, ankles and legs which aids in grounding sensations that feel good to our bodies, wear comfortable clothes you like to move in.
