London Scholarly Tech: November Meetup

Details
Winter is coming! Join us for the London Scholarly Tech November Meetup for our last event of the year. This time, the event will be held at the new Digital Science office in Farringdon.
As usual, we'll be providing pizza and drinks, and there will be lots of time for networking! You'll also get to hear from 3 brilliant speakers, who will be covering topics of interest to our community.
Our first guest speaker of the evening will be Jonathan Cremers, Senior Product Manager at Researcher (researcher-app.com). Researcher is a mobile and web platform that aims to make sure academics never miss important research. Users can follow the latest papers from over 15,000 journals, and Researcher combines them into one personalised social media style feed. Over one million academics are already using Researcher to stay up to date with the most recent and relevant publications. Jonathan introduce you to their business and the use case that they are answering.
We'll also be hearing 2 different perspectives from the award-winning startup Overleaf. Roberta Cucuzza (Senior Product Manager) will explain how she moved from Marketing into Product Management. She will provide practical tips and insights on managing change, tools for resilience, developing a vision, and the role of mentors. Ali Smith (Frontend Developer) will then present a case study on how web accessibility is assessed and monitored at Overleaf.
