Because here is what most people don't talk about: you can sit at your desk for hours and still feel like nothing moved. Not because you lack discipline or focus — but because your nervous system is still carrying the noise of everything that came before you sat down.
"Before direction can land, your nervous system needs to be regulated enough to receive it."
That is the foundation of the midweek momentum session. We regulate first. Then we work.
WHAT TO EXPECT
5 MINUTE BUFFER FOR ATTENDEES TO JOIN
5 minutes — Regulate. We open with a short grounding practice — EFT tapping, guided visualisation, or a somatic body check-in. This clears the energy field so you can arrive in your work with full presence and intention.
5 minutes — Direct. You name one specific intention for the session. Not a to-do list. One thing. This single practice trains the most important skill in aligned living — the ability to choose direction and commit to it.
50 minutes — Aligned action. Two 25min co-working focused work blocks with a mid-session somatic reset. Work on anything — your business, your creative project, your content, your goals.
5 minutes — Reflect. We close together. Share what moved. Notice what your body showed you. Build real connection with people who understand the journey of building something meaningful.
Optional — Mini directional insight. Occasionally, a brief intuitive or energetic message for the group may be offered at the close — when called. You take what resonates and leave what doesn't.
Important: Cameras on upon attending the session, camera can be on or off during session — whatever supports your focus.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
I am Sacha — known as Ms. Nii. I am a Directional Realignment Guide, EFT practitioner, certified life coach, and founder of Living The Novel Life — a holistic coaching and transformation space for women in transition.
My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, energetic awareness, and intuitive/practical direction. I don't just hold space — I provide direction within it. Everything I share, I have lived. Everything I offer, I have walked through, my aim is to provide a container that holds space for the journey not just the vision.
The Midweek Momentum Session is my way of bringing the core of that work into a community format — so that more women can work from alignment rather than force.
