**Glastonbury, also known as the Isle of Avalon; a town steeped in spirituality and legend, offers a unique and transformative experience for those seeking a deeper connection.**

With its ancient abbey, sacred wells, and mystical energy, Glastonbury has long been a pilgrimage site for spiritual seekers. The town's rich history, combined with its breath taking natural beauty, creates a sacred atmosphere that can inspire, uplift, and awaken your inner spirit. Whether you're drawn to the mystical energy of the Tor, the healing waters of the Chalice Well, or the spiritual teachings of the Glastonbury Abbey, this enchanting town offers a wealth of opportunities for spiritual growth and self-discovery.

Over the two days we invite you to journey through this sacred land with experienced guides who will hold space so you can **remember** ...

The activities will be spread across the two days, always beginning with a morning meditation to create a deep sense of comm**unity**. The itinerary will be confirmed nearer the time, ( and may change due to weather) our journey will include the following activities;

**Saturday**
Everyone to meet at Glastonbury car park for 11:30am - (car shares are available from London please enquire with us directly there will be an additional fee to support driver's costs. If you are arriving by bus, get off the bus at Glastonbury town hall, you arrive outside the car park directly.)

* Glastonbury Tor: Begin your journey with a hike up this iconic hill, known for its spiritual significance. Enjoy panoramic views and a **Guided past life meditation**.

Day will also include;

* A visit to Chalice Well Gardens: Explore this sacred site, home to a natural spring with healing properties. Take a stroll through the gardens, meditate by the well or in the upper meadow, or enjoy a picnic.
* White Springs: Visit this lesser-known spiritual spot, where you can find peace and tranquillity and even dip in the spring.
* The Holy Thorn: Visit this sacred tree believed to be a descendant of the one planted by Joseph of Arimathea. **Meditation at the Holy Thorn.**

**Sunday**

* 10:30am meet to begin the day with a **Guided past life meditation** in the Glastonbury Abbey: Explore this ancient Benedictine monastery.
* Visit St. Margaret's Chapel and Magdalene Almshouses: Discover these historic sites steeped in rich spiritual heritage.
* Explore Glastonbury Town: Wander through and visit local shops, and discover unique spiritual items.
* Attend a crop circle and feel the energy **(dependent on availability/location)**.
* Reflection and Relaxation: Time to reflect with journaling and assimilate your powerful experiences in a held space.

**The Exchange**
**A one day ticket costs £47 or both days £77.**
This will cover entrance fees to The Abbey and Chalice Gardens and our costs as your guides (Mahesh and Nicky) . It does not include travel, food or accommodation. There is time for lunch/food throughout the day, you can bring a packed lunch with you or purchase in town.

**Additional Elements to Consider:**

* **Packing List:** Bring comfortable walking shoes, appropriate clothing for the weather, a towel if jumping into the springs, a notebook, crystals of your choice, snacks and any personal items you may need. Also a bottle of water to take home Glastonbury's healing waters.
* **Meditations:** These are weather dependent.
* **Accommodation**: If you would like to stay over night, do let us know and we may be able to buddy you up or create a group booking.
