This should be really special. One of the very best silent films of all time in one of London's most atmospheric venues.

Dreyer’s stunning silent masterpiece, performed here with new live score, comes to the Union Chapel for one night only, after sell out screenings in Glasgow and Cork.

Once seen, Renée Falconetti's performance in the film is never forgotten.

Composer Irene Buckley's score for soprano, church organ and electronics sounds beautiful and in the unique setting of Union Chapel this should be a wonderful event.

You can buy tickets (£15 plus a £1.50 booking fee) here:

Doors open at 7pm and the film starts at 8.45. As there is no allocated seating at the Union Chapel it is best to get there early to nab a good seat. So look for me in the queue before 7pm. I will also let attendees have my mobile telephone number before the meetup.
