We are a bunch of people who enjoy running and socialising afterwards. We are made up of an international crowd ranging from beginners to advanced distance runners (and everything in between). We have 2 weekly regular runs (Saturday morning and Wednesday evening), which both end with us going for a coffee/drink. Our runs are free to join and open to all levels. There's no better way to start the weekend than with a run in the park with a bunch of friendly people. So join us for our regular Saturday meetup!
TIME: 10am (please note we leave promptly)
DISTANCE: 6.5k/4 miles
START LOCATION: SW corner of Kensington Gardens, just inside the Kings Arms Gate (see pin on map below. program Royal Garden Hotel into google maps for directions).We welcome all levels of runners, so everyone runs at their own pace, taking between 30 and 50mins to run a complete anti-clockwise lap of Hyde Park. then we meet up at the end and walk together to Whole Foods Market on High Street Kensington for some well-earned coffee and brunch (or to grab treats for a picnic in the park if the weather's nice).

- August Long Run - North Kent CoastNeeds location
This month we will be running along the North Kent coast from Birchington-on-Sea to Whitstable. The full route is 21km and follows the coastal path. There will be an an opportunity to join the run at Herne Bay for those looking for a shorter run.
Travelling from London there are two options:
- The 09:20 Southeastern High Speed train from St Pancras International. A Super Off-Peak Return is £39.70 (£26.40 with railcard).
- The 09:40 Southeastern train from London Victoria. A Super Off-Peak Return is £32 (£21.30 with railcard).
We will set off from outside Birchington-on-Sea railway station at 11:20am. We'll run as a group, keeping the pace comfortable for everyone (roughly 5:30 to 6:00/km), with occasional stops to refuel and admire the scenery. After the run we will go for some well earned food and drink by the sea in Whitstable before catching the train back to London. Provisional route map
Those joining us at Herne Bay should make their own way to the Clocktower on the sea front to meet the main group as they pass through around 12:30/12:45.
Please make sure you’re comfortable with the distance described. If you’re new to running, we recommend trying one of our shorter Wednesday evening or Saturday morning runs first. There will be no bag drop, so bring everything you need in a small running backpack, including water, snacks and sunscreen.
