February long run: Highbury & Islington to Parliament Hill

This time, we will start in Highbury & Islington, head north along Clissold Park, Woodberry Park, then west through Finsbury Park and along Parkland Walk (http://www.parkland-walk.org.uk/) (a green corridor), then through Highgate before ending our run with a loop through Hampstead Heath to Parliament Hill. We will have pub lunch in The Vine afterwards close by.

The route is more or less flat along the Parkland Walk, since this was a former railway line. In Highgate and from around Hampstead Heath, the route is far more undulating. It is about 11.5 miles / 18.5 km long. The route is here: https://goo.gl/maps/bafJ4DEZ2962 , or see below an approximation:
