London 'Wherewolf' Group

This is a group for people who want to play the social game Wherewolf.

In this Social Deduction game, wolves and villagers will coexist, both aiming to eliminate the other. During the Night, the wolves will have the power to kill members of the village. During the day, the village will attempt to strike back by voting out one of the wolves. Ultimately, one team will outlast the other, becoming the winners. And even if you die before the end, you still win the game as long as your team comes out victorious.

You will be assigned a role in secret, with most players becoming a Wolf or a Villager. Each character has it's own way to help their team, it's ultimately up to you how you play it. Additionally, some other independent characters may be sprinkled in, with their own individual objective to achieve.

If you've never played before, don't worry! Somebody will always be willing to explain the game to you, and as you begin to play everything will make sense.

This version of Wherewolf may differ slightly to others you have played before. The possible roles can be found below, as well as the rules and etiquette of the game.

Toxic, harmful and derogatory language/behaviour is unacceptable at these events. Moderators and Event Hosts will ensure that games remain friendly, and will not tolerate any personal attacks made in games. If you experience or witness any behaviour like this at an event, speak to somebody and they will address it. Also feel free to send me (Joshua) a message on Meetup, and I will address the situation.
