Cooking Class Description: Test out the pastry chef life in their latest class! Their expert chef instructor will teach you essential baking techniques to create pâtisserie favorites. You’ll learn to make pâte à choux and vanilla-praline crème to build an impressive dessert—Paris-Brest. Then, we’ll create rich caramels from scratch and enhance them with gourmet French Grey Sea Salt.
