First Place 4 Health Meetup Group

I have lead and facilitated this group within my church for many years and would like to offer it here as a meetup for like minded seeking balance in all areas of their life putting Chirst first. First Place 4 Health is a wellness ministry to find balance in all four areas when look at all the ways God wants us to fully love Him connect with and serve Him. Matt 6:33 seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. We see how everything fits into four areas of physical, spiritual, emotional and mental. This will be a 12 week study of wellness spotlight, bible study, exercise (hikes, walks, winter activities) along with healthy cooking ideas.
