Is loneliness affecting your mental health? You are not alone!

Join a weekly support group for people suffering from social and emotional isolation. All welcome!

Lead by a mental health professional, the goals of the group are to:

  • Learn how loneliness affects our physical and mental health, and what we can do about it.
  • Take away the stigma attached to feeling lonely.
  • Practice facing our fears in a safe space.
  • Develop skills to make more meaningful connections with others.

The group meets in-person (masks required) at Asian Human Services.

Coffee/tea provided and childcare available.
