This isn’t your average book club.

This is a space for people who believe that every part of us — even the anxious, angry, or self-critical ones — is trying to help us in some way.

Whether you’ve read No Bad Parts by Dr. Richard Schwartz or just feel curious about how to understand yourself more deeply (without shame or judgment), you’re welcome here.

This is for you if:
• You’re tired of thinking something is “wrong” with you and want to understand yourself with more compassion
• You’ve been doing inner work and want a space where your emotional depth is welcome
• You want healthier relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself

We’ll explore ideas from the book and talk about things like:
• How to work with the parts of us that feel anxious, angry, perfectionistic, or numb
• Why we all carry protective patterns — and what they’re trying to do for us
• What it means to feel more whole instead of constantly trying to fix ourselves

You don’t need to have finished the book — just bring an open heart and curiosity about your inner world. We welcome people who are new to this kind of work, as well as those who’ve been on the healing path for a while.
