This Meetup Event is designed for Members to collaborate with each other and setup a social outing or meeting. We have kayaks and paddleboards for rent or you can bring your own.
Use the comments section to discuss connect with each other and see who all is coming out and if you would like to Meetup together and paddle. You may also just come out and experience nature!

Rockledge Park is a great location to paddle. Whether you need to rent a kayak or paddle board from us or bring your own, there are beautiful rock formations, bird sanctuaries, and an island to paddle out to and quiet beaches to pull up to and relax.

Lonestar Adventure Sports does not organize the Meetup event, we are here as a resource to provide gear rentals if need be. This is a self serve portal to meet other like-minded outdoor enthusiasts to link up with to enjoy nature! Come experience nature in a fun, social setting!

Are you a First Time Kayaker?
Awesome! We provide a free paddling demo and all gear is included to get you on the water and becoming a pro in no time!
We have kayaks for rent or you may bring your own kayak and paddle around the Rockledge Coves on Grapevine Lake. We are out here each weekend during the season.

Looking to Buy a Kayak?
Rent before you buy and save yourself hundreds of dollars. Kayaks can be expensive. Rent one from us and see what features you like and maybe what features you would like to have.

Plus, if you rent a kayak from us, our local kayak go-to shop will deduct the rental cost from your purchase!

Invite your friends and family to come out and experience a great and memorable time on the water. There will be opportunities to learn how to paddle for anyone who has never been kayaking before.
