Thriving Women & Femmes in Business is an intentional, heart-centered gathering for women, non-binary femmes, and gender-expansive entrepreneurs & leaders who crave meaningful connection, shared wisdom, and space to grow together.

This gathering is designed for people who move through the world with lived experience outside of cis-male privilege and are building businesses, organizations, or leadership paths from that place.

This is not a pitch-fest or traditional networking event.

It is a guided, connection-first experience designed to help you ground, connect authentically, and exchange insight and support with others who truly get it.

## What to Expect

Welcome & Connection
Learn who is in the room and what each participant brings
Grounding & Breathwork
Arrive fully, settle your nervous system, and open creative capacity
Wisdom Circles (XCHANGE-style)
Small groups of 4 to 5 participants sharing insights, challenges, and lived experience
Group Ask & Give / Hot Seats
A few participants receive focused, collective support from the room
Closing Reflections & Invitation
Integrating insights and exploring how to continue the conversation beyond the gathering

Each participant will receive a swag bag to take home.
You are invited to contribute your business cards and or small promotional items for every attendee.

Please bring at least 21 items so each bag can include your offering.
This is a beautiful way to share your work, invite future connection, and keep the collaborative spirit flowing.

There are only 20 spots available to preserve intimacy and depth.
After the gathering, those who wish are invited to join for an optional lunch at a local restaurant to deepen connections and continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
