Join us for our very first community beach sound bath in Long Beach — an evening of deep relaxation, grounding, and energetic renewal by the ocean.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather together in a peaceful circle to slow down, release stress, and reconnect through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, meditation, and intentional presence. The combination of sound healing and ocean energy creates a deeply restorative experience for the mind, body, and spirit.
This event is perfect if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected, or simply craving a nourishing reset in community.
No experience is needed — just come with an open heart.

• Gentle guided meditation and grounding
• Full sound bath experience
• Nervous system relaxation and energetic cleansing

• Sunset ocean vibes and peaceful community energy

✨ Please bring:
• Yoga mat or beach chair
• Blankets
• Pillow or anything for extra comfort
• Warm layers (as the sun sets it gets chilly)
• Water
• An eye mask if desired
• A journal to write your intentions and highlights if desired

Come early to settle in and enjoy the beach before we begin and we'll start at 7:00 o'clock.
