Session 3: Everything Has It's Place

In this session we will release expectations and limitations. We need to be empowered so we can tell things "Where To Go!!" Through journaling and tools, you will identify your habits and triggers that either bring you closer to, or farther away from your goals. Bring something to write on and something to write with.
