"The Tea Beast" (Kombucha Intro and Tasting Led by Arturo Alonzo Enciso)

Come experience the ancient elixir commonly known as “kombucha,” a fermented sweet tea. Arturo is offering an introduction into the history and preparation of this cultured beverage as well as an all around tasting comparing homebrews to commercially sold varieties.

This event lasts from 2:00 PM-3:30 PM. Maximum attendance is 15 persons.
