The LDWA is a membership organisation. Walkers may attend up to three walks before they are expected to join.

Starting at Newbridge Park & Ride, Bath. £2.50 to park, pay by coin, card or MI Permit app. Bus pass not valid. Turn right from entrance road into Eastern section. BA1 3NB. W3W : stamp.wicked.union

A circuit joining the best views over the beautiful City of Bath by the nicest links. Alexandra Park, Prior Park, Sham Castle, (Little) Solsbury Hill, Beckford's Tower, Racecourse, Prospect Stile & part of the Cotswold Way. Pub at finish

Park in Bowling Green Lane, Cirencester GL7 2DY. To catch the 51 Cheltenham bound bus on the main road (A435 Abbey Way) to Seven Springs, arriving at approximately 9.00. Alternatively one can park in the large layby on A436 just East of Seven Springs roundabout and return from Cirencester on the 51 bus

Walking back to Cirencester via Colesbourne, RAF Chedworth, North Cerney, possible pub stop for drinks at around 14.00.

Meet at Pewsey Station. Parking at Bouverie Hall, then walk to the station to meet the London group off the train due at 9.39.

A visit from London group. A very full day with long and hilly walk in the Pewsey Downs, using sections of the White Horse Trail, Wansdyke path, Sarsen Way, Ridgeway, Tan Hill & the jewel of the Avebury Stone Circle. We will see few people in the lovely hills & then expect to find crowds at one of the most famous sites in the country.

Picnic stops only. Please bring adequate supplies. There will be an extended lunch break in Avebury to allow sufficient time to appreciate the unique stone circle & take lots of selfies? Avebury has toilets, shops, cafes pub; supplies can be topped up here; expect queues everywhere. Moderate pace (very moderate in the hilly sections). If intending to come please notify the walk leader.
