Goal of the walk: maintain a higher pace on shorter distance

Welcome back to our weekly 10km walk!

Let's do 10 km without break in order to wake up your fitness and stamina, and improve your walking pace for longer pace.
We will be walking all around Sodermalm which will be 70% away from the cars on a nice path by the water.
what to wear: Sport shoes and clothes in layer, but easily removable, as we ll be probably get warm quickly.

Where to meet : I actually suggest londonviadukten bus stop.
Less crowded and much more easy to meet than Slussen (and all bus coming from Slussen stop there :) ) When you are on the side walk go on the most forward stop; and lets meet under the bridge of the train track.
