Intuition isn’t woo - it’s a natural skill we all have, and yes, you can strengthen it. This Monday, Lita will lead an exploration about what intuition is, why it matters, and how to develop it.

This Monday will offer you a chance to experiment with simple activities, discover helpful tools (including free mobile apps), and share your own stories—if you feel so inspired. It’s a welcoming space to meet like minded souls, ask questions, or just sit back and observe.

This will be an ongoing series, and you’re welcome to jump in anytime. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your skills, Metaphysical Mondays is a place to explore, connect, and grow your intuitive muscle.
