QIGONG & ASTROLOGY JULY BUCK FULL MOON CEREMONY

PARKING: enter the long driveway off Old McHenry Road, RIGHT NEXT to the store ‘Within Reach’ (also the driveway for the red coffee shop), go to the end and the Center is to your right.

Description:
The Ceremony will begin with Emmett Sylvester leading Qigong exercises - gentle body movements, aligning with the energy of the Moon in the present moment to activate the Co-Creator and Healer within. Lisa Hagenbuch will then give an Energy Report, describing the energetic opportunities this July (Buck) Full Moon is offering us.

Emmett & Lisa will then lead a Moon Meditation targeted specifically for the energies of this Full Moon, allowing you to access what needs to be released back to the Universe with Love & Light. We will end with a Gratitude Ritual, communal releasing and healing circle.

If you are a regular attendee, make sure to let Lisa know you can make it so she can prepare your individual Full Moon Energy Report. This is a written description of how this Full Moon is impacting your individual birth chart.

What you need to bring during the class:
A light jacket and comfortable shoes as we will be walking to a nearby park (weather permitting)!J

Crystals or small objects you want to ‘charge’ (absorb the group energy) and to be Blessed during the ceremony.
