A Gemstone Healing Bracelet Workshop

Join us for a morning of creativity and connection. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll design and craft a custom gemstone healing bracelet—choosing stones that speak to your spirit, or creating a meaningful gift for your mother or a loved one.

We'll begin with a gentle meditation to help you center and be present. Then, you’ll explore a collection of hand-selected gemstones, choosing intuitively or guided by their spiritual properties. Lita will also demonstrate simple muscle-testing techniques to help you find the stones that best match your unique vibration.

As we string our bracelets, we’ll be surrounded by calming sound frequencies, with space for quiet reflection or easy conversation. This is your creative time.

Once your bracelet is complete, we’ll come together to center ourselves once more. Each participant will have the opportunity to set a personal intention and infuse their jewelry with positive energy—transforming it into a meaningful talisman for well-being and healing.

Your workshop experience includes light refreshments, and all materials needed to create one custom bracelet. If time allows, you’ll have the option to create additional bracelets for a small additional cost.

Come solo or bring a friend—this is a beautiful experience to share.
Spaces are limited to keep the setting intimate. We can’t wait to create with you.

A Night of Qigong, Sound, and Intuitive Activation

Join us in sacred ceremony under the May Flower Full Moon as we gather to honor its powerful energy of blooming, clarity, and inner activation.

The evening will begin with Emmett Sylvester, who will lead us in gentle Qigong movements to ground, awaken, and align with the present moment. These movements are designed to activate the Co-Creator and Healer within, harmonizing body, breath, and moonlight.

Next, Lisa Hagenbuch will offer a Full Moon Energy Report—an illuminating overview of the energetic opportunities this particular lunar phase is gifting us. Through her insight, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how to consciously work with the energy of this Full Moon.

Julia Moustaf will then guide you through a heart-centered sound meditation to gently open and flow energy through your chakras, imprinting each one with a positive affirmation to support your inner alignment, healing, and empowerment.

We’ll also share a simple yet powerful pendulum chakra clearing—a loving, intuitive practice you can take with you. You’ll learn how to use a pendulum to clear, harmonize, and realign your own energy centers, helping you return to a state of peace, balance, and inner flow.
