Social - chill and introductions

Come join us and hang out, make new friends and talk long hair and other things! Swap stories, advice that worked for you, or whatever.
Do you use plaits, braids, buns, weaves? High/low ponytail preferences/tips? Recommendations for safe soft hairbands? (ugh metal crimps, right?!) - anything related to beautiful hair and it looking good and being well looked after!

No fee to attend - some groups charge a pound or two to cover meetup.com costs. But donations graciously accepted if you want to. Its going to be a very informal casual hang out and chat type event, no real structure but I will throw in a question to the group if it's quiet for a while. If you'd like to talk to us about something in particular and give the meet more structure then do get in touch/comment.

The meet has a waiting room you'll join first, give it a minute or two if you're not let in right away - might be waiting a suitable moment in the conversation if I feel it would be jarring to the chat to let you in the moment you arrive. Please ensure everyone has an opportunity to speak (don't hog the chat; Zoom isn't great at allowing multiple conversations) and that you treat everyone there with respect, whatever their gender, orientation, skin colour, size, shape, way they talk, hair type, or other differences.
