Cedar Creek Park
- Cedar Creek Park goes around in loops. the plan is to walk for 3 miles (about 1 hour) in different directions- seeing different parts of the park. you can walk as much or as little as you like.
**We will start at promptly at start time- please arrive on time so we can get the walking going. Thanks for your cooperation and interest! 😃 - Carmelo
For Walks
*The goals for walking of the group are:

Walk at your own pace no levels no speeds. However speed you want to go. (Keep in mind others may go faster if you decide to go slow and vice versa)

to make friends and socialize

exercise and benefit your health

be a part of a group that cares and encourages and supports one another in this walking sport
We are open to ideas and suggestions where to walk on Long Island, NY.
*For your safety- water is recommended, a phone- just in case for emergencies and a light snack if needed.
*All walks are assumed at your own risk. Let's all be responsible and safe while we walk.
