Intro to Solid JS

Solid JS, created by Ryan Carniato, is a newcomer amongst JavaScript frameworks, making its debut appearance in 2018. Since its major release of version 1.0.0 in June 2021, Solid has been making waves in the JavaScript community due to its incredible performance benchmarks (spoiler: no virtual DOM), dependency tracking model, declarative APIs, and so much more.

This month, we will take a look at Solid and see what all the buzz is about! We will also discuss some of the similarities and differences to other popular frameworks like React and Svelte.
