# ⚠️ Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

By requesting to join this group and/or participating in any event organized by Futbol Island – Long Island Adult Soccer (18+), you certify that you are physically fit, in good health, and able to safely participate in recreational soccer activities.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or property loss.
You hereby release and hold harmless the organizer, assistant organizers, referees, facility owners, and all members of this group from all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to your participation and/or receipt of instruction.
By joining this group and RSVPing to any event, you acknowledge and agree to this waiver.

# 💳 Payment & Organizer Fee Disclosure

All games require a participation fee. This fee covers:

• Field or facility rental
• Equipment (balls, cones, bibs, etc.)
• Referees (if applicable)
• Meetup platform and organizational costs

By RSVPing and participating, you agree to this payment structure.

# ⚽ VERY IMPORTANT — RSVP & GAME RULES

## On the Field

• No slide tackling
• No aggressive or reckless play
• Respect referees (if applicable), organizers, and fellow players
• Sportsmanship is mandatory

🏆 March Tournament Registration

• Team Registration: $420 per team
• Solo Players: $70 per player (The organizer will create a team(s) for solo players)

This registration covers all 4 games of the tournament.
⭐ HIGHLIGHT:
The WINNING TEAM will receive a FULL REFUND of the registration fee listed above.

📩 How to Register
To register, send me a direct message with:

• Your Team Name (for team registration), or
• Message “SOLO Player” if registering individually

Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

## Cancellations

• You have one week before the tournament starts to cancel for a FULL REFUND

💰 Refund Policy
If the game is canceled due to not meeting the minimum teams by one week before start or due to weather/field, or facility conditions, all players will receive a full refund or game credit. Refunds/credits will be issued within 48–72 hours.

## Reservation Policy

If you reserve a spot and do not cancel before the cutoff time, you are responsible for the full fee for your reserved spot(s).

## Waitlist Policy

If you are on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to check your status.
If you are moved into a playing spot and do not cancel in time, you are responsible for the fee.

# 📝 Facility Waiver Requirement

Some facilities require a separate, physical waiver form to be signed on-site before playing.
If required, you must sign the facility’s waiver before participation.
