- No slide tackling
- No aggressive or reckless play
- Respect referees (if applicable), organizers, and fellow players
- Sportsmanship is mandatory
# 💳 Payment & Organizer Fee Disclosure
All games require a participation fee. This fee covers:
- Field or facility rental
- Equipment (balls, cones, bibs, etc.)
- Referees (if applicable)
- Meetup platform and organizational costs

## Cancellations
- You have at least 24 hours before game time to cancel for a FULL REFUND
## Reservation Policy
If you reserve a spot and do not cancel before the cutoff time, you are responsible for the full fee for your reserved spot(s).
## Waitlist Policy
If you are on the waitlist, it is your responsibility to check your status.
If you are moved into a playing spot and do not cancel in time, you are responsible for the fee.
## Team Formation Notice
Teams are formed on the field.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows negatively impact the game and other players.
