Howdy, all! In the spirit of spring and new beginnings, I (Trent) will be piloting a semi-regular group workout ride. The goal will be to push yourself and, as the event hints, crank some watts.
For the maiden voyage, we'll be doing 2x20-minute efforts between 90-94% FTP. (I'm using my own as a reference point, which comes out to 3.3-3.5 W/kg.) The standard route will be an out-and-back to Lyons to ensure everyone can go at their own pace and easily find their way back if they split off.
