​A casual, community-driven meetup for anyone passionate about living longer, performing better, and exploring routines that make a real difference.
​We’ll start with 1.5–2 hours of climbing - a fun way to move, recharge, and connect - followed by an optional late lunch for deeper discussion around health, longevity, and biohacking

​Meet at the bouldering place, warm up, climb, and connect through movement. Light conversation about health, performance, and lifestyle.

Everyone joins at their own responsibility - please be mindful of your safety while climbing.
