Start your morning with a community run at Lumphini Park.

We start with a proper warm-up and post-run mobility session led by Olaf, a coach with over 10 years of experience in injury prevention, movement expertise, and recovery.
This isn't just a group run. Olaf will walk you through each movement and explain why it matters: what's happening in your body, what sitting at a desk all day does to your hips and shoulders, and how to move better whether you run regularly or barely exercise.

The format is simple: we warm up together, run together, but complete a distance that is unique to you.
Week 1 is one a mandatory single lap of lumphini into the stretch and maintainence routine. After that you can choose to continue with Olaf and do a second lap.
Every Week following the launch we increase the distance incrementally until we hit 5km (two laps).

What you'll get:

It is a flexible community run where you go at your pace.
A post-run stretch and recovery session with real coaching cues. Practical knowledge about your body you can take home.
