About us

Longevity Boston is a local chapter of longevity-cities.com, a science-based community for people who want to live longer, healthier lives without the hype.

We focus on what actually moves the needle: sleep, movement, nutrition, and community. No expensive protocols, no extreme biohacking, no products to buy. Just evidence-based habits you can build into everyday life, discussed openly with people who care about the same things.

At our meetups you can expect talks from researchers and practitioners, hands-on workshops, casual walks and runs, and good conversation over good food. Whether you are deep into the longevity space or just curious about aging well, you are welcome here.

Boston is a natural home for this. As arguably the world's densest hub of longevity and aging research — from Harvard and MIT to the biotech labs of Kendall Square — the science we discuss is often being made just down the street. Add compact, walkable neighborhoods, the Charles River Esplanade as a running backdrop, and a city culture that takes both fitness and ideas seriously, and the ingredients for a long, healthy life are already here.

We are part of a growing network of 4,700+ members across 16+ cities internationally. Membership is free and always will be.

Come to an event and see what living well looks like in practice.
