What we’re about
Longevity Circle is a global community for curious, health-conscious individuals who want to better understand their biology and extend healthspan. We explore science-backed practices and new technologies for better sleep, metabolism, hormones, brain health, nutrition, exercise and more—with a focus on translating knowledge into everyday action.
This is a space to meet like-minded people, ask curious & thoughtful questions, share experiences, learn from each other, and co-create insight. Along the way, we’ll also invite expert speakers and use guided tools to support self-discovery and health optimization.
Open to all curious minds. Whether you’re just beginning your health journey or deep into self-experimentation, you’re welcome here 🤗 This group is currently based in London, but sessions are ONLINE and open to anyone. Most events are timed to suit this time zone, and we welcome locals and global friends alike.
Let’s rewrite our biological future together.
