🌙 Sleep for Longevity — A 3-Part Mini-Series (Part 2)

Details

Sleep is not a luxury. It's one of the most powerful and underrated levers we have for protecting brain health, regulating metabolism, balancing hormones, supporting emotional resilience—and extending healthspan.

In this mini-series, we draw from the work of leading researchers like Dr. Matthew Walker, Dr. Andrew Huberman, and Dr. Aric Prather, translating cutting-edge sleep science into working protocols.

Each session blends education, reflection, peer support, and optional guided practices—so you can not only learn the science, but also apply it to your life.

🕰️ Time: Sundays June 8, 15, 22. BST 9-11 AM (UTC 6-8 AM)
