Inspired by the rebellious charm of the 1920s, we’re transforming the evening into a secret speakeasy where underground culture meets mixology.

Inside our secret lounge, you’ll discover how to:

• Mix and balance fresh, flavour-forward ingredients
• Work with longevity-boosting botanicals once used in old-world tonics
• Craft your own signature gin cocktail in a fun team challenge that puts your Prohibition-era inventiveness to the test

And for those who’d like to keep the celebration going, we’ll be hosting an optional dinner afterward — the perfect way to continue conversations, unwind, and enjoy a relaxed end to the night.

We’re proud to be partnering with Saint Juniper, a small-batch Australian distillery known for crafting pure, expressive gin through slow distillation, sustainable practices, and a dedication to clarity and flavour. Recently crowned Spirit of the Year at the 2025 London Spirits Competition, Saint Juniper has rapidly become one of Australia’s most awarded new distilleries. Their gin is made for those who value intention over haste, and our evening tasting is an invitation to savour the craft, character, and quiet ritual behind every bottle.
