Hi everybody,

After the kickoff from August 14 we're going to meet again to discuss The Basics of Longevity.

Agenda:

  1. Discuss the video and the basics of Longevity with all participants for about 15 minutes
  2. 45 minutes: Breakout sessions of 4-5 people to get to know each other and to discuss the following guiding question: "What are the basics of longevity? If you could implement one lifestyle change or intervention to extend your liefspan or healthspan, what would it be and why?"
  3. Come back, discuss group findings
  4. Define Topic for the next meetup

When you register for the event, please commit to it and don't be a NO SHOW. Remember, we're aiming for longevity here - your great-great-grandchildren might one day want to hear about this meetup, so don't disappoint them by skipping out!
